Whats the best way to contact you?Right here :) Even if we are busy with another customer or away at a supplier, you can leave your details and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you would like to speak to us, you can call 067 949 9850 (please note that this is not a WhatsApp number, so please dont use it for WhatsApp purposes) We get so many WhatsApp messages a day WhatsApp isn't the best way to contact us any more, but if you dont want to use the chat functionality here, or call us, then you can WhatsApp 083 357 3935. Please note that there will unfortunately be a delay in responding to whatsapps.

What are your shipping rates?For all items excluding playgyms and sleep pods, we charge a flat fee of R89 for major city center delivery, and R120 for outlying areas

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

I can't find what I'm looking for on the siteThere are two ways to use the site to your best advantage... 1) Use the "full shop" link at the top of the page. When you click on this, you will get drop down menu of all the products we sell, decided into categories. 2) Use the "search" box. If you are looking for dummy clips, for example, type in "dummy clips". All products with that name will be shown. If you are looking for dummy clips but simply type in "dummy", that products displayed will include anything with the word dummy in the title, so you will see far more products than had you typed in "dummy clip". It's completely up to you how specific you want to be, but the broader your search terms, the greater the number of products you'll see.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

How long does delivery take?If your purchases dont include anything that has to be handmade,, they will be sent as soon as your payment reflects in our account (normally 24 - 72 hours) If you have ordered dummy clips or teethers, then allow for a week for them to be made before they are sent. If you have ordered a playgym, mobile, or sleep pod, please allow 21 working days for work to be completed, as these are all made to order per client, and are an enormous amount of work with many things that need to be handmade. They will be shipped as soon as possible once complete.
