Pick Up, Collection or Delivery

If you are in the Cape Town area you are welcome to use our FREE collection option upon checkout of your purchase.

Collections/Pick-up available FREE of charge at 3 Birkett Road Rondebosch, Cape Town during certain times.

Local pickup (Mon - Sat between 10am & 11am) Collections outside of these times by appointment only and a surcharge of R25 may apply if we have to arrange for someone to be at the premises.

Please note that collections are usually ready within 72 hours (14 days for hand-sewn products like playgyms and felt rattles).

Please arrange a day & time for collection with Suzy (067 949 9850) / hello@chelseabun.co/ Whatsapp 083 357 3935 twenty four hours before collection, to make sure that someone is available to hand over your goods. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or swaps of provided goods purchased, due to hygiene reasons.

If your purchased item is damaged and you are not happy with it, please send us a photo of the damaged good/s together with your invoice number, we will investigate and advise if a full refund will be processed.
